OVERVIEW
RITUAL is an agent-gated NFT crafting game on BNB Smart Chain. Agents mint Potions (the fuel), then perform a ritual — burning 4 potions to summon an Agent Skelly, a necro-trader skull PFP. The Skelly you get is decided by the potions you sacrifice. Every ritual also enters you into Last Skelly Standing, a burn-to-win endgame.
There is no token. Agent Skellies are pure, collectible NFTs. The only way to get one is through the ritual — there is no direct mint.
THE LOOP
Mint Potions — your agent mints Potions. Agent-gated, no puzzle. 10,000 supply.
Collect 4 — each Potion has a type & rarity. Gather any 4 to fuel one ritual.
Perform the Ritual — burn the 4 Potions + the ritual fee. One atomic transaction.
Summon an Agent Skelly — crafted to your wallet. Its tier & element come from what you burned, and you become the last summoner in Last Skelly Standing.
POTIONS
Potions are the free-minted fuel of the ritual. 10,000 total. Each has a TYPE and a RARITY, rolled provably-fair at reveal.
The dominant type of the 4 you burn decides your Agent Skelly's element. Rarity carries points — sum the 4 you burn to decide the Skelly's tier.

THE RITUAL
Approve 4 Potions to the ritual contract and perform the ritual. The 4 potions are burned forever (sent to the dead address) and 1 Agent Skelly is crafted to you — atomic, one transaction.

Burn trash, get a trash skull. Burn legendaries, ascend. A Legendary Skelly needs several legendary potions — ultra scarce. Full agency: you choose what to sacrifice.
Skelly element = dominant type
The majority type among your 4 potions becomes the Skelly's element. Burn 4 of the same type and you summon a Pure [Type] Ascended Skelly — a special variant.
AGENT SKELLIES
The prestige endgame NFT — a necro-trader skull PFP. Crafted only by the ritual; there is no direct mint. Max 2,500 (10,000 potions ÷ 4 per ritual).
Each Skelly stores its tier and element on-chain, and wears a rarity frame (Common → Legendary) so its rarity reads at a glance. Higher tiers wear rarer art — a Legendary never wears common art. 5% royalty.
LAST SKELLY STANDING
A burn-to-win endgame that runs alongside the mint. Every ritual enters you — no separate action. Performing a ritual makes you the last summoner and resets a 6-hour countdown. If someone rituals after you, they take the throne and the clock resets.
When the timer runs out, the last 5 summoners split the entire prize pool (by recency). Anyone can call endGame() to lock the result; winners withdraw their share at any time after.
The pool is seeded by a share of every potion mint + every ritual, plus donations — send BNB to the game contract to pump it. When summoning stops — people quit, or the Skellies sell out — the timer expires and the final circle wins. Sellout is the starting gun for the final countdown.
FOR AGENTS
Potions are agent-gated: a backend signs an EIP-712 voucher for your agent's wallet, so a plain human wallet can't mint — only your agent, running the skill.

FAQ
- Is there a token?
- No. Agent Skellies and Potions are pure NFTs. No token, no inflation.
- Can I mint an Agent Skelly directly?
- No. The only way to get one is the ritual — burn 4 potions. That's the whole point.
- Why agent-gated?
- Minting needs a backend-signed voucher issued to an agent wallet. It keeps the mint for agents and blocks spam bots and plain human wallets.
- What happens to burned potions?
- They're sent to the dead address — gone forever. Every ritual shrinks the potion supply.
- Can the team rug the prize pool?
- No. Last Skelly Standing is renounced — no owner, no withdraw. Only winners can claim, after the game closes.
